An accomplished negotiator, strategic planner and asset manager, he has built and lead diverse technical teams of 600+ employees, and delivered large government contracts requiring top secret security clearance for entities including the White House, Pentagon/Department of Defense, and the National Security Agency. Stephen Wright, CTO, co-founded the Company with the vision of providing comprehensive engineering and consulting services for LNG logistics. An electrical engineer with experience in marine, railroad, and automotive applications, he was a master electrician at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, superintendent of electrical systems for Weeks Marine, and a senior electrical engineer for George G. Sharp, Inc. He is a member of SNAME, IEEE and IMarEST. Education: University of Nebraska.
Le Chen, CFO, has over 20 years’ experience in investing, structuring, consulting and business development. Previously, Le ran Société Générale’s municipal finance effort, with a focus on specialty credits. He has expertise in arranging practical and mutually beneficial solutions to complex problems faced by both governments and private entities. Education: Cornell University, New York University.
Donald Gongaware, PhD, Chief Process and Innovation Officer. Don has extensive experience in small scale LNG plant design and engineering, focused on solving problems and improving processes for natural gas projects in the United States, Canada and Asia. Previously, Don led all aspects of operations for Plum Energy, a manufacturer of LNG liquefaction plants, where he was chief engineer and designer of liquefaction units. As VP of Operations for Prometheus Energy, he lead the design, fabrication, installation and operations of liquefaction, storage, transportation, and regasification projects, nationwide.

Experience includes design and management of strategic marketing and capital campaigns for both the public and private sectors, with a focus on development projects in the software technology, energy, and service sectors. Andrea Vizcardo Montejos, Attorney Andrea is an energy regulatory expert focused on natural gas, liquid petroleum gas (LPG) and petroleum. Experience includes legal analysis, benchmarking of energy regulations and contract negotiations for natural gas and liquid hydrocarbon projects.
Ralph McKenzie, Engineer, has more than 30 years’ experience in the marine industry. He is a US Coast Guard-licensed chief marine engineer and an advisor to vessel owners and authorities such as USCG on vessel repair, modifications, cost estimation, and labor efficiency. As the director of ferry maintenance and repairs for the Staten Island Ferry, he was responsible for project management, vendor relations, electrical and structural repairs, and engineering analysis.
